Want to try out swimming? But don't have the confidence? Our experienced swimming leader can help you overcome those fears and experience the thrills of the open-water. Goggles and Tow-Floats will be provided, but you'd need to bring your own wetsuit.

Cycling can be a great way to burn calories and get those legs moving. Whether you want to take a chilled bike ride, or climb hills like the Tour de France pros, our Cycle leader will provide a fun and engaging session for whatever ability.

Take a walking or running session with our highly experienced run leader. Suitable for all ages and abilities, these sessions are a great way to see the sights and sounds of the local area, while improving your mental health along the way.
