We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new weekly running group, designed for anyone looking to get fit, get clean, and get living! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this group provides a perfect setting for motivation and camaraderie.
Why Join Our Running Group?
First off, running alone can sometimes be a drag. But when you're part of a team, it transforms into a fun and social event. Our running group is all about creating a supportive community where everyone can achieve their fitness goals together. Plus, running in a group offers accountability, which can make it much easier to stick to your training regime.
We all have those days when our motivation dips, but knowing that your buddies are waiting for you will boost your commitment! Whether you’re aiming to complete your first 5K or just want to have something that will help fight those cravings and prevent relapse, we'll be there for you supporting your goals.
What to Expect?
We're kicking things off on the 25th September, and our sessions will be held every Wednesday Evening at 6pm. Each week, we will meet at the square, where we can enjoy a scenic run together. Expect diverse routes and distances to cater to all skill levels! This will be a friendly run where no one is left behind. We are here to fight addiction together. Members of the group will support you all the way.
How to Join and Get Started
Joining our running group is super easy! Just show up with a pair of comfortable running shoes and your enthusiasm. No registration is needed, and there is no fee to join. We believe that fitness should be inclusive and accessible to everyone.
